Ubisoft’s Haze has had many, many delays, but perhaps this footage of their Co-Op mode will help make up for that.
They boast that you will be able to play up to 4 player Co-Op, either by LAN, split-screen, or online, and that joining a co-op match via split-screen is as easy as pushing “start” on the 2nd controller.
Haze is currently set to be available in April.
Off-Road Velociraptor Safari is here! You may remember me talking about it a little over a week ago, well, it’s finally available (actually it was available 2 days ago, sorry for being a little slow to pick up on that).
It’s pretty easy to get started. All you have to do is d/l and install a little program allows 3D stuff to happen in your browser, restart your browser, create an account (or just play as a guest), and then let the game (which actually happens pretty damn quick).

This is a parody of Geoff Keighley’s appearance on FOX News. The interview itself is decent, but it’s the opening introduction which I found truly awesome.

EA has finally been kind enough to give us some footage of Tiberium – their new FPS based around the Command and Conquer series.
The footage looks pretty sweet. Some of those weapon are pretty bad-ass looking. I especially like the one that does the cool little transformation into a grenade launcher.

This very short Super Smash Bros. Brawl video shows how you have to grab the Smash Ball to execute a final smash.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare pwned up in 2007. They sold over 7 million copies over all platforms worldwide to take the title of 2007s Best Seller.
“We’re very excited about this achievement especially given so many competitive titles this year,” said Will Kassoy, senior vice president, global brand management, Activision Publishing, Inc. “Consumer and critics agree that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is one of the best games ever created and further establishes Call of Duty as one of the premier brands in the industry.”
While Call of Duty 4 did get beaten in the U.S by Halo Jesus and Wii Play, over-all it kicked ass.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed makes me cry. Not because it’s bad or murders the lore of Star Wars (which it kind of actually does), but because it’s a PS3 an Xbox 360 exclusive – No PC!
In this video the producers of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed talk about the three new technologies they have implemented: Havok physics, Pixelux’s Digital Molecular Matter, and NaturalMotion’s Euphoria.
If you’re a die-hard Star Wars fan, then it wont take you long to see what a side step this game is from the Star Wars story – But once compares to Soul Calibur IV I think it’s pretty reasonable.

I’m sure Steam is extremely excited about landing the timed exclusive for S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Clear Sky.
It is set one year prior to the original, and takes place after a group of S.T.A.L.K.E.Rs reached the Zones center for the first time. A massive blow out “shook the Zone … To change everything … No more familiar routes through the Zone. No more rules you used to live with”.
I’m pretty keen to get my hands on this. I loved S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl, I played that game almost non-stop from start to finish. I am kinda bummed about it being a Steam timed exclusive though. The game will probably be at least 6gigs, and that’ll take me at least a few days to download.

It would seem that Far Cry 2 is taking a leaf out of Crysis’ book – You may remember the Crysis teaser taking us for a seemingly pointless journey around the beach front. Well now Far Cry 2 is taking us on guided tour around the jungle – Oh look, a pretty Zebra and a little Deer! Oh no, it’s all on fire!
So, from the teaser I’m to understand that this is going to be an open sandbox version of Zoo Tycoon. Awesome.

Ah yes, the moment you’ve all been waiting for (well, not really). The makers of Rock Band have finally announced the prices and release dates for separate instruments. The drums are to be released on February 12 at $79.99, and then (much) later they will released the wireless Fender Stratocaster (guitar) for $59.99 on April 1.
I must say, that guitar looks pretty real. Though, I suppose why wouldn’t it.
